The Sweat Science, Undrcard and Rumble Boxing Studio have made boxing accessible to everyone of all abilities. Once you’ve got your gloves on and have a bag in front of you, you will learn the six different basic punches of boxing while working up a sweat with a mix of cardio and power combos.
